* RESERVATIONS/DEPOSITS
Fifty percent (50%) of the amount of the order is
necessary to confirm rentals. Reservation deposits are
non-refundable in the case of cancellation.
* ORDER CHANGES
Changes to a reserved order must be called in at least
72 hours in advance of pickup or delivery.
* PICKUP
All china, silver and glassware should be rinsed and
repacked in the same container as delivered. Linen should
be refuse-free and dried to prevent mildew and staining.
Tables and chairs should be folded, stacked and ready
for pickup.
* DELIVERY
Delivery is available at a nominal fee from our door to
yours. All deliveries are strictly tailgate deliveries, unless
other arrangements are made in advance.
* QUALITY ASSURANCE
All dinnerware and glassware comes sanitized, wrapped,
and table-ready, and should be rinsed free of food and
re-packed as received for return. Items returned dirty are
subject to cleaning fees.
* LOSS OR DAMAGE *
Responsibility for rental items remains with the lessee
from the time of delivery to the time of return. Please
be sure all items are secured when not in use and are
protected from the weather. We do charge for missing
or broken items, burn holes and stains in linen, and
equipment that is damaged.

and Discover.
